Deck the Walls with Berger this Christmas Promotion Rules
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Employees, officers and directors (and their parents, siblings, spouses and children) of (a) BERGER PAINTS and (b) their respective advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
How to Play/Enter
- This game is designed for marketing purposes only. One coupon per every $50.00 spent on BERGER 303, 404, Everglow, Royale, Weatherproof Ultra, RustPro, Floor Paint, Varnishes or Magicote in pack sizes of quart, one-gallon and 5-gallon pails.
- To enter the promotion, purchasers will be required to visit the Berger website at www.bergerpaintscaribbean, and enter their coupon code, name, telephone number and email address to participate in the weekly draw and grand prize. By doing so, entrants agree to receiving future email messages from the Agency or Sponsor.
- The Deck the Walls with Berger this Christmas Promotion Period, shall mean the period beginning at October 15th, 2018 and ending at 12:00 AM EST on December 17th, 2018. To participate, entrants must purchase $50.00 or more in Berger Paints during the Promotion Period. BERGER PAINTS is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected entries or printing errors.
- Each entrant gives permission to Agency and BERGER, to publicly disclose their information. All ineligible entries received will be voided. All entries become the property of the Berger Paints.
The Prize(s)
- Prizes include:
- Ten (10) weekly draws for gift vouchers valued XCD$250.00 each (or equivalent in USD where applicable).
- The grand prize is a weekend trip for two to Miami, including accommodation and XCD$1000.00 (or equivalent in spending money). Winners must present valid picture identification, the winning coupon, along with the original proof of purchase to claim their prizes. BERGER PAINTS and or representatives, reserve the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the information presented. Winners of the grand prize must be in possession of valid passports and valid US visas.
- If a Winner does not redeem the prize in the manner described above, BERGER PAINTS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify such winner and to select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entrants. BERGER PAINTS shall not be responsible for failed attempts to redeem a prize and assumes no responsibility for any problem(s) associated with attempt(s) to redeem a prize(s).
- Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise set forth herein, winners of the grand prize shall be solely responsible for all costs not specifically described as part of the prize. Winners of the grand prize will be solely responsible for all and any other related travel expenses, meals and accommodations, except for the airfare and hotel accommodation and breakfast as included as a part of the hotel package.
- If a winner does not claim his/her prize, the prize will be forfeited and will remain the property of Berger Paints.
- There will be no cash alternatives for prizes, and no substitutions will be made, except at the sole discretion of BERGER PAINTS.
- BERGER PAINTS is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prizes.
- In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that BERGER PAINTS reserves the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner, across any advertising medium and for promotional purposes and without financial remuneration.
- PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: BERGER PAINTS may gather Personal Information provided by entrants online for the purposes of conducting and managing this contest and may, for this purpose, disclose such Personal Information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as may be required by regulatory authorities. Personal Information may include but is not limited to: name (full name or first initial and last name), maiden name, email address, telephone number and physical address. This information is only collected when volunteered by an individual entering the promotion. If the requested Personal Information is not provided, then an individual will not be able to enter the promotion. By participating in the Deck, the Walls with Berger this Christmas Promotion.
Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous
- Odds of winning depend solely on chance (i.e., on which coupon (s) an entrant receives) and winners of the weekly and grand prizes must enter online to eligible in the competition online.
- This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. BERGER PAINTS accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
- The Agency and BERGER PAINTS cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
- The Agency reserves the right to modify game rules, contest and contest dates.
