• 1. This game is designed for marketing purposes only. One coupon per every $50.00 spent onBERGER 303, 404, Everglow, Royale, Weatherproof Ultra, RustPro, Floor Paint, Varnishes,Magicote and BERGER Trowel-On in pack sizes ofquart, one-gallon and 5-gallon pails.
• 2. To enter the promotion, purchasers will be required to visit the Berger website at www.bergerpaintscaribbean,enter their coupon code, name, telephone number and email address, to participate in the bi-weekly draw and grand prize. By doing so, entrants agree to receiving future email messages from the Agency or Sponsor.
• 3. The BERGER GOLDEN TICKET PromotionPeriod, shall mean the period beginning at October 1st, 2019 and ending at 11:59 PM on December 20th, 2019. To participate, entrants must purchase $50.00 or more in Berger Paints during the Promotion Period. BERGER PAINTS is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected entries or printing errors.

If a Winner does not redeem the prize in the manner described above, BERGER PAINTS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify such winner and to select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entrants.
